Turkey Day is gobbling closer by the minute and there is only one thing you need if you want your Turkey to be finger-lickin’ good, and that one thing is a good injection kit! No, not that same injection kit you used last Friday night – a turkey inject kit.

The problem with Marinating, Soaking, Brushing, and Rubbing a turkey with spices is that the spices will only penetrate the poultry about ¼ of an inch – that’s a pretty tasteless turkey! As a side note this is probably the first time that I have used the words rubbing and penetrate in a sentence without cracking a joke.

Anywho, a good injection kit will allow you to deliver the spices and marinades deep into the turkey so you enjoy every succulent bite.
